Contractor Cloud — product & technical spec

This is the collaborative home of the Contractor Cloud spec (v4.3). The text lives here as editable pages; the 35 wireframes (W1–W35) and the slide deck are served from the same site under /spec/.

How to edit (no Git knowledge needed): open /admin/, sign in with GitHub, pick a page, edit, hit Save — the site rebuilds itself in about a minute. Every change is versioned automatically; nothing can be lost.

Where things are

  • Spec sections 01–06 — overview, features (2.1–2.17), tech stack, architecture, risks, licensing.
  • Wireframe notes — the design intent for each screen, grouped like the site pages, each linking to its visual.
  • Conventions — wireframes are numbered W1–W35; the four AI rules apply to every AI surface: show grounding, expose confidence, human approval before customer contact, capture feedback as training signal.
