W20 - Photo & video upload (project media hub)

Drag-and-drop upload with a queue that handles large video (transcoded for streaming), before/damage/after tagging, annotation entry points, EXIF time + GPS matching to the job, and a per-item visibility control (shared with homeowner / internal / insurance packet) - shared items publish to the customer timeline (W21). Mobile capture feeds the same hub via the offline queue (W5).
