Wireframes — Operations (W7–W12, W20–W22)¶
Visuals: wireframes-operations.html · Slide deck
Low-fidelity layout wireframes: structure, hierarchy, and component placement — not visual design. Surface ownership: W1, W2, W6–W11, W14–W16 are Phoenix LiveView; W3, W4, and W13 (map canvas) are React islands; W5 and W12 are React Native / mobile web.
W7 — Calendar / scheduling¶
Week view with crew lanes for dispatching installs. Board-synced entries, drag-to-reschedule, and the homeowner SMS automation toggle at the point of scheduling.

W8 — Invoice & payment flow¶
Invoice generated from the signed quote, collection actions (text-to-pay, card/ACH, financing), payment history, and always-visible QuickBooks sync state.

W9 — Material ordering¶
One-click conversion from the signed quote: supplier picker with live pricing comparison, order lines derived from the same measurement the quote used, delivery tied to the install date.

W10 — Settings & admin¶
Roles-and-permissions matrix mapped to the Admin/Sales/Field pricing roles, plus price list management and the consent configuration governing website tracking and personality profiles.

W11 — Login¶
SSO first for the enterprise tier, email/password for small shops, magic-link fallback for field crews.

W12 — Homeowner-facing quote view (with async inline Q&A)¶
The highest-stakes screen in the product — where deals close, on the homeowner's phone. Any line item or section can carry a comment-style question thread; the rep replies asynchronously and open questions surface at the top of the quote and in the job activity feed (W2). Signing stays available but is never gated or rushed by open threads.

W20 — Photo & video upload (project media hub)¶
Drag-and-drop upload with a queue that handles large video (transcoded for streaming), before/damage/after tagging, annotation entry points, EXIF time + GPS matching to the job, and a per-item visibility control (shared with homeowner / internal / insurance packet) — shared items publish to the customer timeline (W21). Mobile capture feeds the same hub via the offline queue (W5).

W21 — Project timeline, customer perspective¶
The homeowner portal timeline: plain-language milestones with preparation guidance, only customer-visible events and shared media, a progress bar, and message/pay actions. A filtered projection of the same event log the company view (W22) renders — the two can never disagree.

W22 — Project timeline, company perspective¶
The internal, unfiltered view of the same job: every event from the transactional log with visibility badges (shared vs. internal), including automation runs, margin/discount notes, work orders, supplier webhooks, and QuickBooks syncs. The "Customer view" toggle previews exactly what the homeowner sees; W21 is a filtered projection of this log.
