v1 platform specification and wireframe set - hypothetical all-in-one contractor platform

Feature set derived from JobNimbus + SumoQuote, extended with n8n-style automation, personality-driven selling, and consent-aware website intelligence. Backend: Phoenix / Elixir / Erlang.

Version 4.3 - July 2026. v4.3 adds the content & growth engine (W30–W34), the model lifecycle pipeline (W29), and interaction review (W35) - 35 wireframes total. v4.1 adds the project media hub (photo/video upload with visibility controls, W20) and the dual project timelines - customer perspective (W21) and company perspective (W22) - both rendered as projections of the transactional event log. v4.0 superseded v3.0: restructures the spec into a multi-page site; replaces the hosted GenAI API with a locally hosted, purpose-tuned LLM selected from a Hugging Face candidate list (3.3), motivated in part by the unknown future cost and stake of hosted LLM/GenAI APIs; adds behavioral heatmaps & session insight (PostHog self-hosted, 3.4) surfaced on the new Contact 360 view; adds wireframes W17 (canvassing mobile), W18 (partner routing console), and W19 (detailed Contact 360 with Hotjar-style heatmap). Retains the v3 Prospect Data Engine and the locked v1 architecture.

1. Product overview

AYO & Ryzo Platform is a lead-to-paid platform for exterior trade contractors (roofing, siding, gutters, solar, fencing, and general construction). It unifies marketing, CRM, estimating, quoting, production, communication, payments, and reporting into a single system, eliminating the fragmented app stacks most contractors currently piece together.

Four differentiators sit at the core of the product:

• A best-in-class sales engine - presentation-style quotes generated from aerial measurements in under 60 seconds, with e-signing, inline homeowner Q&A, and built-in upselling.
• Personality-driven selling - AI-generated customer personality profiles with per-contact selling playbooks.
• Website visitor intelligence - consent-aware tracking that enriches lead records with a prospect's pre-contact research behavior.
• An owned prospect data engine - a territory-wide property and homeowner database assembled from public records with on-demand enrichment, segmented geospatially, activated across mail/ads/email, and connected to the CRM by an engagement-triggered valve so raw prospects never pollute it. The company owns and controls the accumulated database.

The platform is built on the BEAM (Erlang VM), chosen for fault isolation, massive concurrency, and first-class real-time capabilities. The v1 architecture is deliberately minimal: one Postgres database (with TimescaleDB) serves as system of record, event log, job queue, analytics store, and vector store, with documented triggers for introducing heavier infrastructure only when scale demands it.
